font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019article L1331-7 du code de la sant\u00e9 publique \u00ab\u00a0<em><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">les propri\u00e9taires d\u2019immeubles \u00e9difi\u00e9s\u00a0 post\u00e9rieurement \u00e0 la mise en service de l\u2019\u00e9gout auquel ces immeubles doivent \u00eatre raccord\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre astreints par la commune, pour tenir compte de l\u2019\u00e9conomie par eux r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en \u00e9vitant une installation d\u2019\u00e9vacuation ou d\u2019\u00e9puration individuelle r\u00e9glementaire, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00e0 verser une participation s\u2019\u00e9levant au maximum \u00e0 80 % du co\u00fbt de fourniture et de pose d\u2019une telle installation.<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><em>Une d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration du conseil municipal d\u00e9termine les conditions de perception de cette participation<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Le maire propose d\u2019\u00e9tendre la port\u00e9e de cette d\u00e9cision en instaurant la m\u00eame taxe pour le raccordement de tout b\u00e2timent \u00e0 usage de d\u00e9pendance qui par changement de destination devient habitable et demande de bien vouloir se prononcer sur ce sujet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Apr\u00e8s en avoir d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9, le conseil municipal d\u00e9cide\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">De soumettre la taxe de raccordement \u00e0 toutes nouvelles habitations construites post\u00e9rieurement \u00e0 la mise en servie de l\u2019\u00e9gout, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 tout b\u00e2timent qui par changement d\u2019affectation devient \u00e0 usage d\u2019habitation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">De fixer la taxe de raccordement \u00e0 2 000.00 \u20ac, \u00e0 compter du 1<\/span><sup><span style=\"font-family: Arial;
